Measurement instructions

1. Bust circumference

Measure your bust. Place the measuring tape under the bust - place it in a straight line across the back at the level of the back neckline and in front under the bust crease. In row 1, find the column with your measurement - in this column you will read your size (EU bra size - 65, 70, 75 ...).

2. Chest girth

Measure your chest circumference. Place the measuring tape over the back at the level of the back neckline and over the chest, at the level of the nipples - to the indentation between the breasts. In section 2, you will read which basket depth corresponds to your measurement (A, B...) - search in the column you determined with the bust measurement.

3.Hip circumference

Measure the widest part of your hips. You can choose panties according to your ready-to-wear size.

Our advice
When you try on a bra, lift up your arms, then bow, and see if the bra offers effective support and nice definition to your bust. The underwire base has to fit your bust; adjust the base so that the cups fit nicely and comfortably. Do not forget; straps can be adjusted to achieve maximum support.
Choose the size of your panties in accordance with your clothing size.
